Summary

FINEOS is seeking an experienced, strategic leader to drive the continued growth and evolution of the FINEOS Partner Program.

The role will identify, establish, and grow strategic partnerships that extend the value of FINEOS AdminSuite and enhance experiences across the employee benefits lifecycle.

This role owns Partner Hub opportunities from strategy and partner identification through evaluation, commercial agreement, product alignment, launch, and ongoing relationship management. Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders, this leader will build business cases, influence integration priorities, support strategic customer opportunities, and ensure partnerships deliver measurable value for FINEOS, its customers, and partners.

The role will also lead Partner Hub positioning, messaging, and sales enablement to support market awareness and adoption.

Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)

Partner Strategy & Growth

  • Drive the strategy, expansion, and evolution of the Global FINEOS Partner Hub.
  • Identify and prioritize partners and solution categories based on customer value, market demand, strategic alignment, commercial potential, and implementation feasibility.
  • Monitor trends across employee benefits, global group insurance markets, insurance technology, digital health, AI, data, customer experience, financial wellness, and adjacent markets to identify new opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer priorities and participate in strategic customer and prospect discussions.

Partnership Development & Commercial Management

  • Source, evaluate, and recommend strategic partners across the employee benefits and insurance ecosystem.
  • Lead cross-functional due diligence and business case development with Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Security, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial discussions and structure partnership models that create value for FINEOS, its customers, and partners.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to finalize agreements, financial structures, contractual terms, and governance.

Product Alignment & Launch

  • Serve as the primary Partner Hub liaison to the FINEOS Product organization.
  • Translate partnership opportunities into clear product and integration proposals and advocate for appropriate roadmap prioritization.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and coordination to bring new partner solutions from concept through market launch.

Partner Marketing & Enablement

  • Lead positioning and messaging for the FINEOS Partner Hub and partner solutions.
  • Develop and maintain presentations, partner profiles, solution briefs, datasheets, FAQs, sales enablement, launch materials, and customer-facing collateral.

Partner Management & Performance

  • Build trusted relationships with strategic partners and serve as the primary business contact for assigned relationships.
  • Develop joint plans covering priorities, goals, responsibilities, milestones, customer opportunities, launches, and measures of success.
  • Identify opportunities to expand successful partnerships and address issues affecting customer experience, adoption, solution readiness, or partnership value.
  • Evaluate ongoing strategic fit and recommend changes to partnerships when appropriate.
  • Track the Partner Hub pipeline, roadmap progress, launches, performance, opportunities, and risks, and providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Education and Experience

·       10+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits market, including strategic partnerships, ecosystem strategy, product partnerships, business development, platform strategy, product marketing, or related disciplines.

·       Significant experience in enterprise software, insurance technology, employee benefits, healthcare technology, HR technology, or a comparable B2B environment.

·       Demonstrated success identifying, evaluating, negotiating, launching, and managing strategic partnerships and integrated solutions.

·       Proven ability to develop business cases, influence product roadmaps, and secure prioritization for partner-enabled capabilities and integrations.

·       Experience leading commercial negotiations and working effectively across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and senior leadership.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Deep knowledge of the Employee Benefits industry, particularly Group Life, Disability, Voluntary, and Dental.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance carrier ecosystem and the needs of employers, members, claimants, brokers, and benefits administrators.
  • Strong capabilities in product strategy, roadmap planning, portfolio development, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with insurance and benefits administration platforms and adjacent technologies, including digital health, AI, data, customer experience, and claimant support solutions.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, client-facing, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex solutions into compelling positioning, presentations, sales enablement, and customer-facing content.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. 

Language Skills

  • Ability to speak the English language proficiently, both verbally and in writing.

Travel Requirements

  • This position requires up to 30% domestic travel and potential for 5-10% international.

Work Requirements 

  • Compliance with all relevant FINEOS Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems. 
  • Travel and fieldwork, including international travel, may be required. Therefore, employee must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport. 
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.    

Salary range - $150,000 - $175,000
